Airmail Invitation

We happened to found this cute idea when browsing at Oh So Beautiful Paper yesterday. A vintage airmail style invitation. It was beautifully letterpressed on a cotton paper. And guess what? We love it from the very first sight!!!

The main idea when designing a postal themed invitation is the personalized date stamp and the red-blue striped border. You can also add postage stamp embellishment if you wish.

If you feel the red and blue color is too streaking, you can soften them a little and make it more pastel color like the sample below. They both look nice in our opinion.
